At CiD Academy Sdn Bhd, we strive to provide high-quality training and educational programs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Courses & Training Programs:

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
    • A refund is only applicable if the course has not been accessed or attended.
    • No refunds will be given for completed courses or programs.
  • Digital Products & Online Materials:

    • All digital products (e-books, downloadable content, video courses) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
    • If you experience technical issues accessing the content, please contact our support team.
  • Workshops & Seminars:

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 3 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.

3. Process for Refunds

  • Special promotions, discounted programs, and bundled offers.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled course or workshop without prior notice.
